My passion for design began during my engineering studies. I’ve always had a creative instinct and always enjoyed learning new skills. Around that time, I developed an interest in 📸 photography, which led me to experiment with photo-editing software like Lightroom and Photoshop. Gradually, I discovered Illustrator and learned about ✍🏻graphic design. I started exploring design tools on my own purely for enjoyment, and later realized there was an academic path I could follow in this field. Eventually, I pursued a 📜 master’s degree in communication design, where I found myself especially fascinated by the UX courses the degree offered.

After thousands of mistakes 😑 and hundreds of feedback sessions ✔️ with UX mentors, I finally reached a stage where I could proudly say that I am a UX designer. I interned with SAP India for a year in 2020, created various microsites for platinum customers like BPCL, Shell, Temasek, to name a few. I would call these to be my foundational years 🧠 in UX design.

Since joining SAP Labs full-time, I’ve developed a strong user-centered mindset and become confident working with design systems. With each project, I’ve also built lasting relationships with stakeholders 🤝. My experience with large-scale design initiatives—often involving UX advocacy, complex trade-offs, and nuanced stakeholder management—has shaped me into a flexible and resilient designer, ready to take on diverse challenges 😎
